The Pele Awards has proudly served as Hawai‘i’s premier creative competition for over 40 years. In 2018, we established the High School Pele Awards with a singular mission: to recognize and reward Creative Excellence in the art of advertising and design among students across the islands.
The 2026 High School Pele Awards honors the best work produced between January 1, 2025 and February 28, 2026. Presented in partnership with the Hawai‘i State Department of Education Career & Technical Education Department, this program celebrates the talent found within our public, private, charter, and home schools statewide.
This year, our panel of 16 professional, Hawai‘i-based industry judges faced the difficult task of evaluating an incredible slate of submissions. The competition was fierce, with only the most impactful work rising to the top.
